CEO
An award–winning journalist and national newspaper editor in the UK and Ireland, Enda started as a foreign affairs reporter at the Sunday Times in London, later moving to legal and security correspondent at the Sunday Times, and eventually becoming Deputy Editor of the Irish Mail on Sunday, managing a team of 100 staff, all editorial and investigations, as well as working on commercial and digital strategy. He left the news media to set up Courtsdesk after becoming frustrated at how the courts, while ‘public’ in theory, are in fact almost impossible to research. Courts Data Solutions is, quite literally, the solution!
Keith Binley
COO
With over 25 years in FS, Fintech and Insurtech, he was most recently MD of UK & IRL Insurance at LexisNexis Risk Solutions after leading the sale of Insurance Initiatives (IIL) in 2016. IIL delivered a groundbreaking data distribution platform to extract, host and process large quantities of data into the UK’s point-of-quote Motor & Property insurance industry. Keith has led multiple FS start-ups, including helping launch Metro Bank as the Head of Risk and Fraud.
Andressa Rodrigues
Client Relationship Manager
Andressa has over 10 years of experience and practical knowledge of Customer Success, Sales, and Operations within fast-paced environments in national and multinational companies such as LinkedIn and BT Group. Along with her academic background in Business Management and Psychology certification, she brings a distinctive customer-centric approach to Courstdesk that focuses on comprehending and meeting the individual needs of clients.
Robert Gough
Business Analyst
Robert has 20 years experience in the Financial Services Sector as a Corporate Accountant and Financial Analyst, working for Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, the Dexia Group and Royal Bank of Canada. Since 2019, Robert has had an advisory and consulting role with CDS, and in 2023 became a member of the team.

A mentor and investor since Courtsdesk was selected for the Barclays Techstars FinTech accelerator in 2017 Andrea is the former Director of Research for Ares Management, where she managed a $1.7 bn debt and CDS portfolio across consumer products, credit and retail sectors. She now runs Bright Link Ventures.
Mark Crane
Investor & Advisor
Former head of Strategic Solutions at Experian Europe and MD of financial services recruitment firm People in Credit. He founded, scaled and sold IIL (Insurance Initiatives Ltd) to LexisNexis Risk Solutions which incorporated it into their UK & IRL insurance business.
Niall McGirr
Director & Advisor
The first investor in Courtsdesk. Niall is a mentor to multiple Enterprise Ireland startups. He founded scaled and sold Acra Control, a global leader in networked data equipment for aircraft and spacecraft flight test and monitoring applications, where he was head of sales until the business sold for over €30m.
