We specialise in sourcing, standardising and supplying unique or difficult-to-access datasets.
We currently operate across The Republic of Ireland and England & Wales and are incorporating other jurisdictions to modernise and digitise courts data, reporting and legal analytics internationally.
We work with multiple public and private sector organisations to leverage our unique legal data platforms for use in the fight to prevent fraud and money laundering and to support public policy reform.
Selected by HM Courts and Tribunals Service, with signoff from the Judiciary and the Minister for Justice, we are improving reporting and coverage of the Magistrates Courts of England and Wales, and consulting back to the government on recommendations for reform of current policy and practice related to open justice.

Enda Leahy
CEO
An award–winning journalist and national newspaper editor in the UK and Ireland, Enda started as a foreign affairs reporter at the Sunday Times in London, later moving to legal and security correspondent at the Sunday Times, and eventually becoming Deputy Editor of the Irish Mail on Sunday, managing a team of 100 staff, all editorial and investigations, as well as working on commercial and digital strategy. He left the news media to set up Courtsdesk after becoming frustrated at how the courts, while ‘public’ in theory, are in fact almost impossible to research. Courts Data Solutions is, quite literally, the solution!
